1. Garbage pick-up is weekly on Thursday mornings.

2. Building permits are required for any construction or remodeling of any building.

3. No permits are required for roof repairs and shingling, or window installations.

4. Permits can be obtained from the city clerk and must be approved by the City Council.

5. There is an ordinance in effect that no dogs or cats may run at large in town.

6. We are proud of our town and like all premises kept neat and clean.

The City Council is the legislative body of the City of Mallard. They are responsible for oversight of all that happens within the city limits of Mallard. Each council member is elected at large for a four year term, and the mayor for a two year term. The council meets the first Monday of every month at 6:30 p.m.  For information on attending a meeting or inquiring about information, please contact one of the following individuals who serve the City as Council members:
